Avocado banana smoothie
If you are looking for a healthy, delicious, and simple smoothie, try this avocado banana smoothie. I especially like drinking it before or after I work out. I like my smoothies sweet but not too sweet, so I use Mott’s 100% apple Juice, and a well ripened banana.

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of apple juice
- a hand full of spinach
- a hand full of ice chips/cubes (optional)
- magic bullet or blender
Instructions
Cut up the avocado and banana then place them into the blender. Add spinach, apple juice, and ice chips/cubes. Blend well and you’re done. It’s that easy – enjoy!
